Big Ben ON CASK!
Extra Special Bitter (British pale ale)

A great British Bitter is one of the gold standards that beers around the world are gauged. Of course “Bitter”doesn’t really mean "bitter". Hey! MacCloud! Get off of my Ewe!
Scottish Wee Heavy Aged on Scotch Oak
9.1% ABV 24 IBU 23 SRM

Your Father Smelt of Elderberries
French Saison with Elderberries, aged on Brandy Oak
7.5% 25 IBU 11 SRM
Sometimes the hunt for new and interesting beers is like the search for the “Holy Grail”. If you show up at your beer snob friend’s house with this beer they likely will not say “I already got one!” Elderberries and Brandy Oak ageing lend an earthy-dark fruit backdrop to the singularly unique, spicy/peppery “outrageous accent” of the Saison yeast. (no hamsters were injured in the making of this taunting brew)
